We do not accept returns or exchanges.
If you receive a less than perfect item please contact us at, and we will get you taken care of.

However, I do offer resolutions for products not being suitable for you such as my signature items. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges if this occurs. Please send me a message for more information.

If the item is faulty please message me to discuss appropriate resolution. This is genuinely a product replacement but a refund may be given depending on the circumstances.
